Above and beyond doesn’t seem to adequately describe Michelle’s real estate philosophy! Not only did she meet with me/us several days in a row for a few weeks, but she even assisted us with the sale of our home in another city (a transaction she wasn’t getting paid for)! She’s friendly, super knowledgeable of the area, expedient, an expert on all aspects of real estate. I could go on. Michelle was referred to us by a local mortgage broker and she came to the house to give an opinion on a property we had as a rental for years. It was in need of much renovation and it was full-year before it was ready to sell. She kept up with us (while others did not) and was our choice when we were ready to list. Michelle is so detailed that we could leave the property in her hands to complete a number of issues we were not there to do ourselves. One example was a broken window pane. She pulled the entire window; took it to the shop, sat in her car while it was replaced and brought it back for installation. Another was a couple of holes in a few vinyl siding pieces. She found the contractor; met him for the repair and we never had a moment of stress over any of it. An effective agent must have multiple qualities to rise to whatever he/she encounters along the way to the closing. We found that in Michelle and can say, without hesitation, she exceeded our expectations up to and after our money was in the bank. She will not disappoint you as she works for only one party in the transaction so her focus is 100% devoted to her Buyer or Seller; not both, which really impressed us. There is never any concern over where her loyalty lies. What we thought was taking advantage was never so to her. She would say, "Can I take this off of you by doing...?"
